Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

allegation of inflicting fatal injury on the body of

deceased is against co-accused Dinesh and not against

the present petitioner. It is also submitted that there is

no eye witness in the case and the petitioner has falsely

been implicated in this matter.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed

the bail application and submitted that allegation against

the petitioner is to the effect that he along with other co-

accused persons tried to snatch away a bag filled with

money from a bank employee and when he resisted, he

was assaulted by knives, which resulted into his death. It

is also submitted that at the instance of the petitioner,

blood smeared clothes, motorcycle and shoes of the

deceased have been recovered.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances

of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

bail.

Hence, this bail application is dismissed.
