03/02/2021 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer that the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Abu Road, District Sirohi may be directed to expeditiously decide the petitioner's application (Annx-3) filed for disbursement of award amount of Rs.3,80,000/- in the saving bank account of the petitioner.

In view of limited prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Abu Road, District Sirohi to decide the petitioner's application (Annx-3) for disbursement of award amount of Rs.3,80,000/- in the saving bank account of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
