Learned counsel for respondent has handed over the cheque
in the sum of Rs.21,907/- to the counsel for the petitioner. Photo
copy of the cheque has been placed on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that entire
amount due towards the petitioner has been disbursed in
pursuance to the order passed by this Court.
Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for
the respondent, no ground for further interference is made out.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
Rule stands discharged.

However, if the petitioner feels that some amount is still due
towards him, he would be at liberty to avail other appropriate
remedy available to him as per law.
