Judgment / Order

1. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that on

19.11.2020, recovery is stated to have been effected infront of

State Bank of India, Mahal Raod, Near Gyan Vihar School. It is

also contended that the Swift Dzire was parked in-front of State

Bank of India and Police Personnel took the vehicle from State

(2 of 2) [CRLMB-239/2021]

Bank of India, much prior to the time when the seizure was made

which is apparent from the CCTV Footage of the said bank.

2. It is requested by counsel for the petitioners that State Bank

of India, Mahal Raod, Near Gyan Vihar School be directed to

preserve the CCTV Footage of 19.11.2020.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to call for the case

diary and Investigating Officer.

4. Registrar Judicial is directed to write a letter to the State

Bank of India, Mahal Raod, Near Gyan Vihar School to preserve

the CCTV Footage of 19.11.2020 and to keep up a copy thereby,

before handing over it to the Police Authorities.

5. List these matters on 03.03.2021.

6. A copy of this order be placed in connected file.
