Counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the bail

application and also seeks direction for the Trial Court to decide

the case expeditiously.

I have perused the impugned order. As per the impugned

order, the bail application was rejected on 16.09.2020 on the

ground that case is at the stage of final arguments.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application is dismissed

as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
