Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is of

reversal of finding. Learned trial court convicted the respondent

for offence under Section 138 of NI Act and sentenced him to

eight months simple imprisonment. But learned Appellate Court,

in appeal, reversed the judgment of trial court and acquitted the

accused-respondent from offence under Section 138 NI Act.

Issue notice to respondent, returnable within four weeks.

Record of the case be summoned.

List after four weeks.
