The present Writ Petition is disposed of in the light of

judgment passed by this Court in D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.1317/2017; Rajasthan Public Service Commission Vs. Mansi

Tiwari and other connected matters.

It is made clear that the present petition is disposed of at

this stage in terms of Mansi Tiwari's case (supra) subject to the

decision in the Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.22134/2018; RPSC

Vs. Mansi Tiwari & Ors. The petitioners are at liberty to approach

this Court after the disposal of the aforementioned SLP, if need so

arises.
