1. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners

were in possession of pasture land. They applied to the Authority

for converting 5 bigha land from khasra number 2/3/1

admeasuring 200 bigha under the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955.

An order was passed by the authority, however, by inadvertence,

some other portion was converted from pasture land to abadi

land. It is also contended that petitioners are having their

construction on the land and they have applied to the Collector

again for correcting the conversion order. The Collector has also

directed the Tehsildar to do the needful in this respect.

2. Issue notice to the respondent(s). Notices be issued on stay

application also. Rule is made returnable by 06.01.2022.

3. Taking note of the fact that petitioners are in possession and

Collector has directed the Tehsildar to correct the conversion

order, petitioners should not be dispossessed till next date.

4. A copy of the petition be also provided to Mr. Akshay

Sharma, counsel appearing for Revenue Department.
