For the reasons stated in the application No.1/2021, the

same is allowed. The applicants mentioned therein are permitted

to be impleaded as petitioners No.2 to 8. The amended cause title

appended with the application is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the

statutory provisions entitle the respondent No.6, husband of the

deceased Government Employee for retiral benefits; but, there are

judgments of this Court which also entitle parents and other

family members of the deceased lady employee for retiral benefits

on account of her death during service. He prays for and is

granted time to cite such law.

List the matter after two weeks as prayed.
