The instant application under Section 482 CrPC has

been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking correction in the

order dated 20.12.2021 passed in S.B.Cr. Misc. Bail Application

No.17203/2021, whereby petitioner - Vasim Akram was granted

bail in FIR No.419/2021 of Police Station, Phalodi, District Jodhpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

though, father's name of the petitioner is Mohd. Salim but while

drafting the aforesaid bail application, father's name of the

petitioner was typed out as 'Mohd. Salam' in the cause title and

consequently, the same mistake also occurred in the order dated

20.12.2021 passed in S.B.Cr.Misc. Bail Application

No.17203/2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore,

prayed that the said mistake may be rectified.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, this Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid mistake

occurred in the order dated 20.12.2021 passed in S.B.Cr. Misc.

Bail Application No.17203/2021 is nothing but a bonafide one,

hence, the same is rectified and it is ordered that wherever the

name of petitioner's father 'Mohd. Salam' is mentioned in the

order dated 20.12.2021, the same may be read as 'Mohd.

Salim'.

The application stands disposed of.
