The instant misc. application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner for extension of interim bail granted by this Court vide

order dated 18.09.2020. This misc. application is pending since

07.10.2020 and at so many occasions no one has appeared on

behalf of the petitioner. Even today no one has appeared on behalf

of the petitioner.

In these circumstances, no case for extension of interim bail

is made out. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is

dismissed.
