Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant. Perused

the material available on record.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Accordingly, this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C is

rejected. However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the

trial court on or before 03.01.2022 and file an application for bail

under Section 437 Cr.P.C and it is expected from the trial Court that

application will be decided on the same day.

Till 03.01.2022, the petitoners shall not be arrested in

connection with F.I.R. No.27/2021, Police Station Mahila Thana,

District Chittorgarh, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-

A, 406, 354 (KA), 376/511 IPC and under Section 4 Dowry

Prohibition Act, 1961.
