This second appeal has been filed by the appellant-plaintiff

whose suit for the mandatory injunction has been dismissed by

the trial court vide judgment dated 14.03.2012 and the same has

been affirmed in the appeal

Since the perusal of the previous order sheet reveals that no

one is appearing for the appellant to pursue the second appeal,

hence, the second appeal is dismissed in default and non-

prosecution.
