This first appeal has been filed assailing the judgment and

decree dated 08.12.2020, whereby the suit for possession in

relation to the plot No.4 F-Block, Sriganganagar admeasuring

36x14 feet was decreed in favour of the respondent-plaintiff along

with mesne profit.

This Court has dismissed the stay application vide order

dated 09.11.2021. The counsel appearing for the respondent-

plaintiff submits that decree has already been executed and

possession from the appellant of the suit property has already

been taken. Further the property has been dismantled and again

sold to different persons by way of registered sale deed.

Heard.

The first appeal is admitted for hearing.

As stay application has already been dismissed, list the first

appeal for hearing in due course.
