Mr. Sandeep Shah, learned AAG informs that the State had

filed review petitions in relation to judgment dated 01.02.2018

passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in case of Rajasthan

Samayojit Shiskha Karmi Welfare Society Vs. The State of

Rajasthan & Ors. (DBCWP No.7568/2012) and other connected

matters and the same have been allowed vide judgment dated

20.09.2021.

Hence, issue notice of review petition so also of application

under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
