25/08/2021 The matter comes up on an application at the instance of the petitioner seeking permission to appear in the examination of DL. EL.ED, which is going to be commenced from 2nd September, 2021.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposed the prayer made by the petitioner in the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to appear in the examination of DL.EL.ED which is going to be commenced from 2nd September, 2021. The result of the said exam of the petitioner shall not be declared without prior permission of this Court.

List this matter after four weeks, as prayed.
