The only prayer in the present petition is to inspect the

petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for granting

permission to establish Nursing College for B.Sc. (N) course.

In view of the limited prayer, this court deems it proper to

dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondents to

inspect the petitioner-Institute after the requisite formalities are

completed by the petitioner, and pass appropriate order preferably

within a period of three months from today strictly in accordance

with law, if the Covid-19 situation improves.

Ordered accordingly.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
