Perused the impugned order dated 15.10.2019 and
29.2.2020 whereby the trial court as well as the Appellate Court
have passed the judgment of acquittal in favour of the
respondents No. 2 & 3. Learned Court below came to the
conclusion that it is not proved that the respondents have
trespassed and also caused loss and damages at the field of the
complainant.

Perused the material placed before the Court. I do not find
any reason to interfere with the concurrent finding of acquittal
arrived at by the courts below.
The revision petition devoid of merit is, therefore, dismissed.
