This criminal appeal has been preferred on behalf of

appellant - Neeraj Kumar S/o Sh. Gouri Shankar with

a prayer for releasing him on interim bail for a period of

twenty five days for the purpose of treatment of his

mother, who is suffering from some orthopedic problem

and needs surgery. Learned counsel for the appellant has

submitted that since appellant is the only son in the

family, he may be enlarged on interim bail to get his

mother treated.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor as well as

learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the

prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances

of the case, this criminal appeal seeking interim bail is

allowed and it is directed that appellant - Neeraj Kumar

S/o Sh. Gouri Shankar shall be released on interim bail

for a period of twenty days from 3.8.2021 in connection

with FIR No.545/2018, P.S. Pilibanga, Distt.

Hanumangarh provided he executes a personal bond

of Rs.50,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties

of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the

Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent,

Central/District Jail, Hanumangarh.

In any case, appellant - Neeraj Kumar S/o Sh.

Gouri Shankar shall surrender himself before the

concerned jail authorities on 23.8.2021 at 10.00 AM

positively.
