1. Present application has been preferred by the applicant

seeking extension of time of interim bail on the ground of ongoing

medical treatment.

2. It is informed by Mr. Khan, learned Spl. Public Prosecutor

that the trial is at fag end and the trial Court may soon fix the

date for pronouncement of judgment at any time. Thus, the

presence of the applicant will be required at the time of

pronouncement of the judgment.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that as and

when the trial Court will fix the date for pronouncement of the

judgment, the applicant will keep himself present before the

concerned trial Court on the date of pronouncement of judgment.

4. Having regard to report dated 31.03.2021 issued by the

Department of Medical Oncology, S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur,

the present application seeking extension of time of interim bail in

wake of continuance of medical treatment is allowed.

5. The date of surrender (16.12.2020), given in para No.8 of

the order dated 14.10.2020 is hereby changed/extended upto

15.07.2021, subject of course to a condition that the applicant

shall have to keep himself present before the trial Court, if the

trial Court fixes the matter for pronouncement of

judgment/sentence in the meantime.

6. Order dated 14.10.2020 (passed in S.B. Criminal Misc.

Application No.255/2020) stands modified accordingly.
