                                         In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being

                                   taken while hearing the matters in Court.

                                         Counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy

                                   involved in this writ petition is no more res integra in view of judgment

                                   passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court (Jaipur Bench) in batch

                                   of writ petitions led by D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2993/2021 (M/s Lucky

                                   Wines Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., rendered on 24.03.2021) covering

                                   the issue.

                                         In light of such submission made and the judgment of M/s Lucky

                                   Wines (supra), the present writ petition is dismissed.
