The instant bail application under Section 439 CrPC has been

preferred by the petitioner who is in custody in connection with

the F.I.R. No.109/2020 registered at the Police Station Jhanwar,

Jodhpur for the offences under Sections 457 & 380 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public

Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The petitioner is in judicial custody for the above offences

which are triable by court of magistrate. Investigation has been

carried out from the petitioner and his further detention in this

case is not required for any purpose whatsoever.

In this background and having regard to the entirety of the

facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant

indulgence of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant bail

application under Section 439 CrPc is allowed and it is directed

that the accused-petitioner Mukesh @ Chenaram S/o Shri

Basaram arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.109/2020

registered at the Police Station Jhanwar, District Jodhpur shall be

released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of

Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the

satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear

before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called

upon to do so.
