1. The present petition was filed on 12.08.2025 by Mr. Arjun Sood, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on 13.08.2025.
2. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days but the petitioner never turned up to receive the present case and file the same after removal of the objections as raised by the office.
3. Office has got listed this case as many such cases are lying in the office in the "incomplete case category", and none has bothered to take further recourse in the matter.
4. The case was shown in the urgent cause list today and none again appeared for the petitioner(s), when it was called and taken up.
5. Under these circumstances, no further order is required to be passed in the present case and the same stands disposed of. File be consigned to the records.
