1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Fresh notice was issued to the appellant vide order dated 10.07.2023. As per office report, the sole appellant remains unserved with the report that no such person was found residing at the given address. There is no other address of the appellant available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
