1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 23.07.2024 (Annexure P-8).
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternate remedies available under the law.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
