The present petition has been filed under Section 430(2) read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking stay of Conviction of the sentence ordered vide judgment of conviction dated 23.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by JMIC, Ambala in the case arising from FIR No. 127 dated 14.05.2014 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioner has been convicted under offence sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 447, 427, 323, 324, 452, 380, 506 & 511 of IPC for a period of three years (concurrent sentences) and against which appeal bearing CRA No. 116 of 2023 is pending before the ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

3. Allowed as prayed for.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn.
