1. The present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of

mandamus for directing the respondent-Bank to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground as his father had died on 07.11.2010 during service with the respondent-Bank.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one by placing on record the relevant Policy which was in force at the time of death of the father of the petitioner and all the communications made between the respondent-Bank and the mother of the petitioner.

3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the
