The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of directions to the respondent-Authorities respondent Authorities to award compensation to the petitioner on account of burn injuries caused to the petitioner due to electric shock from the wiree passing through front of his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the present case is squarely covered by the order/judgment dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-11626-2023 CWP titled as 'Paramjeet Paramjeet Singh Versus Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. & Another'.

Another Counsel for the respondent does not dispute the same. Disposed of in terms of order/judgment dated 15.12.2023 .2023 (supra).
