1. This is a civil revision petition filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India for setting aside the judgment dated 24.01.2023

(Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Palwal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since in

the order dated 24.01.2023, the First Appellate Court has specifically

mentioned that the said order would have no bearing on the merits of the

case, thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present

petition, with liberty to take up all the pleas, as are available to him, during

the course of trial.

3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the

petitioner, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

liberty aforesaid.
