1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 19.04.2024 fresh notices were issued to respondent Nos.1 to 5 and 7. As per office report, appellant Nos.1 to 5 remain unserved due to incomplete address. Respondent No.7 is stated to be not residing at the given address. Respondent No.6 was earlier reported to be not residing at the given address. There is no other address of the appellants available except for the one mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
