withdraw the petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to the

rendered in Criminal Appeal No.S-4554-SB of 2016, whereby the petitioner
stands acquitted of the criminal charges. He was required to do so in terms of
the impugned speaking order, dated 15.12.2023, as well.
