Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

claiming benefit of regularisation regula of her services services, which benefit has been

accepted even in the reply wherein the respondents have mentioned that as

and when the vacancy will arise, the claim of the petitioner will be

considered but 5 years have lapsed after the reply was fil filed ed but no action has

been taken by the respondents so far so as to regularise the services of the

petitioner and the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation

without getting the benefit of regularisation.

Learned counsel for the petitio petitioner submits that the he question of

law as raised in the present petition has already been raised in CWP

No.26714 o.26714 of 2019 titled as Hira Devi and ors. Vs. State of Punjab

CWP-30489-2018 (O&M) -2-

and ors decided on 19.07.2024 hence, the present petition be also disposed

of in the same terms of the said judgment.

Learned counsel for the respondents have not been able to rebut

that the said question of law raised in the present petition is covered by the

judgment in Hira Devi's case (supra).

Keeping in view of the above, the present petition is also

disposed of in terms of Hira Devi's case (supra).

Ordered accordingly.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
