2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 informs that a(er passing of the impugned order by the First Appellate Court, the ma!er has since been decided by the trial Court vide judgment dated 24.12.2021. Copy of that judgment has been placed on record. Even the appellant has filed

appeal before the First Appellate Court. Copy of the grounds of appeal of that appeal is also placed on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the present second appeal against order has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
