1. The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the

Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for

directing the respondents to consider the report dated 16.01.2014

(Annexure P-1) and modify the order dated 12.04.2016 (Annexure P-2).

A further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to decide the

representation dated 04.07.2024 (Annexure P-3).

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to

respondent No.2 (Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal) to decide the

representation dated 04.07.2024 (Annexure P-3).

3. Notice of motion.

4. Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in the

HIMANI GUPTA Court accepts notice on behalf of respondent/State and on instructions from

authenticity of this document/judgment

Mr. Paramjit, Assistant Consolidation Officer, submits that in case, any such

representation is received in the office of respondent No.2

(Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal), the same would be decided at the earliest

by passing a speaking order and in any case within a period of three months

from today.

5. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the instant petition

any further.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the respective

counsel, the petition is disposed of, accordingly.

7. All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
