1. The present intra court appeal is directed against judgment dated 01.05.2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court dismissing the appellant's writ petition filed by her to challenge the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by the respondents declaring appellant ineligible for the post of Craft Instructor (Women) Cutting & Sewing (Theory).

2. After hearing learned counsel for the appellant and going through the impugned judgment, we find that the prescribed essential qualifications for the post in question were a full time, regular mode Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Apparel/Dress Design/Garment Manufacturing which admittedly

the appellant does not possess.

3. In the light of the above, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment.
