Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1088 of 2018 has decided the

issue in hand against the petitioner, however, SLP vide Diary No.32176

of 2022 was filed before Supreme Court.

2. The present petition stands dismissed, in the wake of

judgment dated 07.07.2022 passed by Division Bench of this Court in

LPA No.1088 of 2018.
