1. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the present appeal but

seeks the indulgence of this Court only to the extent that the appellants be granted some

reasonable time to implement the impugned judgment.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the acceptance of

the afore alternate prayer.

3. In the light of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the appellants are granted three months from today to implement the impugned

judgment.
