1. Petitioner Harish Gupta has filed this petition under Section

482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside impugned order dated 08.03.2018 (Annexure

P-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Mohali whereby

application under Section 216 Cr.P.C. for amendment of charge has been

dismissed and revision petition preferred against aforesaid order is also

dismissed vide judgment dated 04.01.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by

learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali for amendment of

charge by adding offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC

whereas learned trial Court has framed chargesheet only under the

provisions of Section 420 and 120-B IPC in FIR No.2 dated 20.01.2014

registered at Police Station NRI, SAS Nagar, Mohali or any other relief

which the Court may deem fit and proper in the given facts and
