SUDEEPTI SHARMA J.
This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. Despite being informed by the Registry, today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Further, no effort has been made by the parties to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
2. Accordingly the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
3. Liberty is reserved to the appellant to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives.
4. Respondent No.3-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Paul S. Saini, Advocate, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
