Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.1 to 6 to initiate legal action against respondents No.7 and 8, who forcibly recovered the truck/vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No.PB-11CB-2567 with the help of recovery agents on 14.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the present case is squarely covered by the order/judgment dated 06.10.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-7599-2020 titled as 'Gurcharan Singh Versus State of Punjab and others.

Learned counsel for the respective respondents do not dispute the same.

Disposed of in terms of order/judgment dated 06.10.2023 (supra).
