N.S. SHEKHAWAT, J.(ORAL)
1. The petitioners have filed the present revision petition against
the impugned judgment dated 04.03.2020 passed by the Court of learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, whereby the petitioner has been
convicted under Section 138 of the N.I.Act.
2. This revision petition was filed in the year 2020 and the
Registry has raised certain objections. However, learned counsel for the
petitioner had not cleared the objections. It seems that the petitioner is not
interested in pursuing the present case.
3. Consequently, the revision petition is ordered to be dismissed.
