1. The present intra court appeal is directed against the judgment dated 26.05.2017 through which a learned Single Judge of this Court dismissed the appellant's petition on the grounds of delay and laches.

2. Through his petition the appellant had assailed before this Court an order passed by the respondents dated 27.11.2014 but since he had filed his petition after two and half years of the passing of the said order and no explanation had been even offered for the delay in approaching this Court, through the impugned judgment, the learned Single Judge has dismissed the appellant's writ petition on the grounds of delay and laches.

3. Even in the grounds of appeal or before us no explanation has been given on behalf of the appellant explaining the inordinate delay of two and half years in approaching this Court.

4. Dismissed.
