The present application has been filed for condonation of delay

of 149 days in filing the present review application.

Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which

are duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed. Delay of 149

days in filing the present review application is condoned.

Present review petition has been filed for the review of order

dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone

through the record.

On being asked to point out any incorrect fact stated in the

judgment dated 08.04.2024, learned counsel for the applicant-respondent has

not been able to point out any incorrect fact. The order has been passed on

merits giving detailed reasons for the conclusion arrived at.

In the absence of any incorrect fact being pointed out by learned

counsel for the applicant-respondent, which has been taken into account

while passing the order dated 08.04.2024, no ground is made out to review

the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court and the present review

application is accordingly dismissed.
