Seeking quashing of FIR cap oned above, the pe oners have come up before this Court under Sec on 528 BNSS, 2023.

Given above, the present pe on is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Liberty reserved to challenge the charges by filing separate pe on and the limita on to challenge charges shall start from tomorrow. All pending applica ons, if any also stands disposed.
