1. The present second petition has filed under Section 483 of

BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.125 dated 18.07.2021, under Sections 302, 324, 323 and 148 read with Section 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

2. Learned State counsel, at the outset, has very fairly apprised this Court that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 25.10.2024.

3. In light of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.

4. However, nothing in this petition shall be an impediment upon

the State in case it wishes to proceed by filing an appeal against acquittal.
