1. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for the order/direction to correct the name in the property data of the Municipal Council of Bhiwani.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their other remedies in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

4. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
