1. By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgment

and decree dated 07.08.1992 passed by the Court of Additional District

Judge, Patiala, whereby the judgment and decree dated 31.10.1989 passed

by learned Senior Sub Judge, Patiala was reversed, thereby dismissing the

suit for possession filed at the instance of appellant-plaintiff.

2. Mr. Mayank Mathur, Advocate appears on behalf of the appellant

and informs that he has duly informed the appellant about the listing of the

present appeal, however, he being 80 years of age, is not interested in

pursuing the present appeal.

3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
