1. The pe--oner apprehending his arrest in the FIR cap-oned above, has come up before this Court under Sec-on 438 CrPC seeking an-cipatory bail.

2. Vide order dated 16.04.2024, the pe--oner was granted interim bail, which is con-nuing -ll date.

3. Counsel for the pe--oner submits that the pe--oner has voluntarily complied with the condi-on men-oned in para no.16 of order dated 16.04.2024 and submits that he would not claim it as self incriminatory or viola-ve of Ar-cle 20/21 of the Cons-tu-on of India or any provisions of Evidence Act or any other law.

4. Counsel for the State does not refute the submissions made by counsel for the pe--oner.

5. Perusal of the record reflects that there is sufficient evidence of pe--oner being in

collusion with the co-accused and taking of illegal benefits but this Court is not taking the main case for final judgment nor dealing with the framing of charges for which yard s-cks are different but dealing with the bail, no ground is made out to deny him the benefit of bail at this stage.

6. Given above, the present pe--on is allowed and interim order dated 16.04.2024 is hereby made absolute. All pending applica-on(s), if any, stand disposed of.
