1. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. On the

previous date also no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants. The

present appeal pertains to the year 2004. Vide order dated 11.03.2024

notices were issued to the appellants. As per the Office report, appellants

No.1 and 3 are stated to have died. Appellant No.2 refused to accept the

notice. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal

representatives of deceased appellants No.1 and 3.

2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
