1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Article
226 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus,
for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to reserve one vacancy for the petitioner
against the post issued by respondent No1.
2. Learned Senior Counsel submits that in wake of the petitioner
having been appointed, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and
may be disposed of as such.
3. Ordered accordingly.
